Huge sweet-sour aroma, with some toffee. Malty, Brettanomyces, black cherries.Mouthfeel (8)
Light-medium body, almost still. Feels thin. Sweet dark malt, mildly tart, with a nice black cherry flavor.Overall Impression (2)
Tasty and complex, but it could use a bit more heft.

Thick. Chewy. Malty and roasty. Licorice. Citrus. Mild alcohol. Mild spicy hop flavor, low bitterness. Nicely spicy esters. A little yeasty.Overall Impression (2½)
Good complex beer, just a little stale.

Big and thick and sweet. Huge molasses flavor with a big dark maltiness. Spices are subdued. Not a lot of alcohol flavor, but it's fairly warming.Overall Impression (3)
Real tasty beer. "Ale brewed with spices", brewed in 2006.
