      Thick with floating chunks. Golden amber, high carbonation, big head. Lots of alcohol in the nose, sweet. Thick, acidic, sweet. Some oxidation. Finishes clean enough. Lots of complex winey flavors in the middle. Too bad...I'll have to find a fresh one someday.

      Very tasty beer. Brewed with cinnamon and dark sugar, it tastes like Xmas cookies.
