Hazy golden. Big dense head. Spicy, herbal, wheaty aroma. Light-medium body, quite fizzy. Unique spiciness — fenugreek? caraway? — on top of a mild Hefeweizen sort of beer. Or maybe Rye. Very unusual and really pretty tasty, once you get used to it. It contains a grain called "karmut", along with "guarapo".

Tart and fruity, with some caramel, and maybe some Brettanomyces.Mouthfeel (9)
Light body, fizzy. Sweet caramel malt. Earthy, very mildly tart, sort of like a Lambic, but nowhere near as dry. Some raisin in the finish, along with lots of sweet malt.Overall Impression (3)
Interesting beer.
