Located in what used to be a car dealership. Sometimes you can park in the parking garage, and sometimes you have to pay the valet to do it for you. Fair ales, a real nice big black Stout, and a good Weizen. Pricey food. No dartboard.

  Pale, clear. Spicy nose, almost like pepper. (!) Very dry. Black pepper flavor, as in aroma. Interesting, but...not so good.

Classic Irish-Style Dry Stout

Overall Impression
"Convects" like Guinness, but coarser, even though it's from a standard tap. Black opaque. Great roasty nose! Real nice. Compares favorably with Guinness...this one's more burnt, not as bitter. Served at perfect temperature.

Overall Impression
Gold-amber, some haze. OK head, low carbonation. Just very slightly fruity. Real interesting caramel character...unexpected in a beer this pale. Some bitterness in finish, but overall this is a pretty sweet beer.

Pale amber clear. Some white head. Perfumey, but faint. Body works, but it's WAY underhopped.

Definitely amber, opaque. Good head. Malty aroma...almost smoky. Good body, very clean flavor. Maybe too clean, in fact. Real good balance.
