    Brown, transparent, good head. Roasty, sweet aroma. Big, sweet, roasty. Very nice Porter. Just barely too much astringency.

    Dark red, very clear. Roasty nose. Roasty sweet flavors. Nice smooth finish. Funny, my original handwritten notes from this trip are dated "5/8/63"...hmmm...
