Amber. Lots of little bubbles. Bitter aroma, and a little musty. Thick. Bitter. Quick finish. Not particularly tasty.

Amber, low carbonation and head. Caramel aroma. Caramel and hop flavors, but extreme. (Extreme as in not-balanced-at-all.)

January 1994 selection. Thick white head. Yellow-golden. Not many bubbles at all. Big spicy hop aroma...spicy to the point of being metallic! Yep. Metallic flavor. Are the hops overdone or just inappropriate? Body is OK, malty finish, but it's just not good. Ick.
