Originally opened as Pike Place Brewery...got its new owners and name in 1996. Pike used to contract with Minnesota Brewing of St.Paul MN for extra production, but their new brewery has plenty of capacity now!

Red brown, fairly low carbonation, good head. Lots of caramel aroma, some diacetyl. Thick, bitterish, lots of diacetyl, especially in finish. Like drinking a glass full of butter. Thanks to Paris Cunningham for bringing this beer to Hawai`i for me!
