  Dark amber, great white head, moderate carbonation. Pretty clean aroma. Hops bite you back. Hop flavor start to finish isn't unpleasant.

Overall Impression
Dark yellow, touch of white! Great white head. Banana, some clove aroma. That's more like it (compare to the "Hefeweizen"). Good estery mix, rather sweet. Finishes kinda clean. Sharp notes from L.Delbrueckii?

Yellow opaque, high carbonation. Clean aroma. Ester-free. Fizzy. Some wheat character.

Dark red, big head, moderate (read: too much) carbonation. Clean aroma. Not bitter. This is a Brown Ale. (And not a bad one.) Too bad it's out-of-style.
