Overall Impression Golden-amber, very low head and carbonation. Fairly citrusy aroma, not as much as the Whistle Stop (19-1555). Good body but not very malty...hops dominate. Lots of hop flavor and a bitter-to-metallic finish.
Overall Impression Red, good head, clear, OK carbonation. Metallic hoppy smell. Metallic flavor. Thick. Caramel, some chocolate. Not much balance at all.
Overall Impression Amber, hazy, high carbonation. Nice balanced aromas! Great caramel flavor and full body. Some alcohol in the finish. Outstanding balance. Carbonation a little too high.
Overall Impression Pale amber, good head, high carbonation. Nice fruity nose. Excellent balance. Reminds me of Sierra Nevada 1994 Celebration Ale (7-0485) but not as big. Very nice indeed for a St.Stan's beer.
Overall Impression Pale yellow. Big head comes from "air in the system". No aroma. Thin, bites. Almost but not quite flavorless...the hops show up after a while. As unremarkable as the Amber Alt (1-0076).
Overall Impression Very dark yellow opaque. Pretty tight head. Clean wheat aroma. Nice balance...bitterness comes through in finish. Wheat, then barley, then hops.
Overall Impression Red, OK head, high carbonation. Aroma just like the last two (19-1555 and 19-1556) - lots of citrus - with a dose of caramel. Hop flavor, metallic bitterness...not a lot else.
Overall Impression Golden, weak head, moderate carbonation. Very citrusy aroma. Lots of hop flavor, bitterness. Rather thin...needs more body to carry the hops. Long bitter finish.
