Interesting selection of bottled and draught beers. Pool tables, electric darts, pinball in a separate room. Smoking allowed at the bar.

Directions: I-10 to Euclid, go north. Right on Ninth Street. Left on First Avenue. Park in the municipal lot and look for their back door.

Reports in April 2008 say they're not brewing anymore, and are working on changing the name of the place. It may be just as well to mark this one "closed".

  Blonde, OK. Good head, low carbonation. Some floral hops. Real nice balance. Malty flavors with a gentle bitter finish.

Amber, good carbonation, OK head. Floral, soapy aromas. Tastes like perfumed soap. Too bad. Some malty sweetness in there somewhere. Almost but not quite drinkable.
